Discord: Transmog and Shadowlands objects in buildings
Here's the first of a few announcements to come. Just a heads up, they won't all roll out today but your questions will be answered in time. If anything is unclear, don't be afraid to ask! First up, Transmogs and Shadowlands objects in buildings:

Hey guys, we know you’ve all been eagerly awaiting some of the decisions that would be made in today’s meeting and we thank you for your patience. Some of the personal questions that were brought up will likely not be in this announcement but we will get them answered soon.
Other things may be announced during the week as they either required further discussion or we didn’t want to flood the server with a lot of information at the same time.
We’ll start with the topic everyone was waiting for the most: Transmog sets.
Transmog
To be upfront: We will NOT be considering pieces on a case by case basis. If they are considered locked then they will stay locked and we will not be open to CTSs for specific pieces.
Cash Shop Sets:
The Celestial Observer’s set is fine to use.
The Sprite Darter’s Wings set is fine to use.
The Baby Murloc Satch-Shells is fine to use.
Pre-order Set:
The Vestments of the Eternal Traveler is locked.
Shadowlands Tabards:
The PVP tabards are okay to use.
Any other tabards from SL are considered locked.
Shadowlands Weapons:
Anything up to Castle Narthia is allowed with a check-in with a GM to make sure it’s not too obvious.
Anything that drops in Castle Narthia and beyond is considered locked.
Questing Armor Transmog Appearances
The Cloth Set is fine to use.
The Leather set is fine to use.
The Mail Set is fine to use.
The Plate set is fine to use EXCEPT the helmet.
Same as above EXCEPT do not use the top Cloth Armor set.
Do not use the plate helmets.
ALL these sets are fine EXCEPT for the Mythic set. On the Mythic set, do not use the glowing helmet/shoulders.
9.1 - Harvester's Court Attire is locked. The other sets in 9.1 are fine to use.
9.0 - The Ebony Set and the Crimson Set are fully locked. ONLY the cloth sets are allowed for the Ember Cord and Travel Network sets. Any cloaks/back items are locked.
Kyrian Bastion Covenant Transmog
9.1 - All the sets in 9.1 are fine to use.
9.0 - The Discordant set is okay to use, all other armor sets are locked. Any cloaks/back items are locked.
The only armor items allowed are the mail robe and ONLY the robe. Everything else is locked.
For back items, the bulbs and backpacks are open for use, but the branches are locked.
9.1 - All 9.1 sets are open to be used.
9.0 - All these sets are locked. For back items, the wings and crystals can be used, but the standard is locked.
Sanctum of Domination Transmog
All of these sets are locked.
Absolutely no gear from Zereth Mortis is allowed beyond This blade(ever color but blue is open)are all considered locked.
Building
The other part of this announcement is concerning shadowlands objects in builds. These objects will be a case by case basis. Anything that is a retexture of overworld items are fine to use however objects that come from the covenants must be cleared by staff to use. New builds have to mention what type of Shadowlands items they intend to use.
If you already have an approved build, but want to add Shadowlands items to it, then read below:
If you are only wanting to use very small, insignificant items, then you can ask about those in QfS.
If you want to use a LOT of Shadowlands objects or they look more obvious than others, then a CTS will be required listing what objects you want to use.
